The free Wi-Fi in rooms was handy, ideal for juggling work emails amidst family adventures. The charming restaurant, reminiscent of a cozy village inn, exuded warmth where I sipped local brew in rustic ceramic mugs. While the VIP check-in/out service felt lavish, I found the lack of packed lunches for outdoor excursions disappointing. The hotel's pet-friendly policy also eased our travels, allowing our furry companion to soak in Bavaria's beauty with us.Altstadtgasthof Krone's fusion of luxury and value sparks debate. Though the absence of hiking or cycling amenities didn't deter us, some may crave these outdoor pursuits. Nevertheless, the hotel's reasonable rates coupled with its authentic Bavarian ambiance make it an attractive choice for families like mine, seeking a taste of tradition without breaking the bank. Consider Krone for an authentic Bavarian stay that balances cost and comfort.
